Common pricing questions

What counts as a certificate?

One AHC issued, regardless of the number of animals listed on it (subject to the regulatory limit of five). Drafts and voided certificates do not count.

Do unused plan allowances roll over?

No. Plan allowances reset each calendar month. If your volumes vary, pay-as-you-go usually works out cleaner.

Can I switch plans?

Yes, at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle. There is no exit fee.

Do you need a credit card to start the free trial?

No. You can issue your first three AHCs without entering any payment details.
