The OV remains the certifying party in all cases. AHC Companion’s role is documented as a productivity aid in the contract.
For online and travel-only AHC clinics
If AHCs are your main service line, the economics are straightforward: the software cost is a small fraction of AHC revenue and removes the admin bottleneck that caps the number of certificates a clinic can issue in peak season.
- •Travel-clinic plan at £199/month including 50 AHCs, then £6 per certificate. Volume discounts for pay-as-you-go above 200 a month.
- •Owner-collection links move data entry off your nurses and onto the owner’s phone, on their own time.
- •Multi-OV workflows so two or three OVs can issue under the same practice without sharing logins.
- •Audit log per OV, useful for both internal review and APHA-facing follow-up.

Integration roadmap
Today, AHC Companion is PMS-agnostic with clean export/import and paste-friendly client lookup that works alongside RoboVet, Provet Cloud, ezyVet and other systems. PMS connectors are on the roadmap.
